Jose was hours late due to vehicle problems which I understand but was terrible about updating me until 8pm when he said he was an hour away. After he showed up he tried to charge $200 to spray a $15 can of coil/condenser cleaner but I told him repeatedly I could do that myself(he didn’t seem too happy with that), then he told me my entire ac system needed replaced and he was going to tell my insurance that.
