They don't even deserve one star, worst company in miramichi! They installed a mini split for us we paid in full at the time of installation and were told it was under a full warranty. ( we have the paper to prove this) they didn't use a bubble level so my mini split is crooked on my wall; to see every day and then the day it was installed it started leaking water all down my freshly painted walls, which left water marks all over the wall! Been calling since November to get someone to fix my mini split , its now January .... Finally found someone else to do the work and understands its not fun for a single mother/ healthcare worker with 2 kids to be freezing cold. Will not be recommendeding to any of my friends with businesses here.
