They installed an AC unit and it leaked causing my mall to break down due to dampness. They will not replace the unit. They actually want me to deal with the manufacture vs them replacing my unit. I’ve been living with a hole in my wall and a leak for over a month now. The AC let’s out a long bang when it turns on and wakes me up throughout the night.
