Charene is an absolute miracle worker.. she was the massage therapist at a physical therapy office and you can tell how much she can locate and work out problem areas. I literally couldn’t sleep the night before because of neck pain and 1 90 minute session later I feel better than I have in weeks. Highly recommend!
Nakoda created a safe, soothing, relaxing environment for my facial. The products used felt luxurious and healthy for my skin, and she did wonderful massage on my face, neck, and arms. I left feeling so relaxed and really appreciated the calming vibe of this space. I’ll be back!

Been coming here for years with their Self Care monthly membership. Always a great massage, no matter who you get. Krystin is great for a mix between deep tissue and relaxing. Highly recommend joining the monthly program!
