John with All Affordable did such a great job the day after Thanksgiving to disconnect and install a new water heater for us! He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable! Then last night out C02 alarm went off in the garage and John came by to double check there was no gas leaks due to new installed water heater. Today I was called by some of our employees letting us know that the restrooms at our gym had been overflowing. I immediately called John and his crew and they did not hesitate to show up. Within minutes, his guys arrived and cleared out the main sewage line and it took no more than half hour to get it done. They even cleaned up and left no mess behind! Thank you guys for being so efficient. 100% recommend!
I had them install a new hvac unit in fortuna foothills in April 2024 and JOHN told me it would be a RHEEM brand ac, he showed up to my house with an AIRTEMP AC. Its August now and my AC recently stared turning on and off ( short cycling) so i called them and they had a tech come out. He insisted that i needed new thermostat. So i had Xtreme Refrigeration install a new thermostat and my problem was still going on, AC kept short cylcing.
