My air-conditioning unit was leaking water all over garage. I got it fixed right away. The technician, John, was very friendly and informative. I have used this company before for my plumbing needs and I'm glad I saw they have expanded into HVAC. I will use them again if need be. Fast, friendly and informative.

Water heater disaster. Extreme lack of communication, professionalism and overall customer satisfaction by John Close and office staff. Pretty sure electrical work is NOT up to code.

We called all affordable plumbing after we discovered our water heater was leaking. The owner John came out and stated that it was under warranty he called the company. When we asked about his labor for installation of new one, he was two to $300 higher than other plumbers. So we mentioned that we would install it ourselves. However, he had no proof of purchase.
