Scheduled an estimate and it was timely and professional. They were ready to complete the work very quickly but I wanted to wait until I was on a school break and they had no issues with pushing the work out several weeks. The work itself was done well and they took extra care to place my pool equipment out of harms way and put it back when finished. The price was right and the work was well done.
I had a gate rebuilt- the repair crew was professional. However, when it came time to pay, I was surprised by a 3% fee for using a card and a requirement to pay half upfront,neither of which had been mentioned before. When I raised this, the man (Lee or Steve) got loud and defensive, accusing me of calling his assistant a liar. I simply explained what I’d been told. Maybe they’re all family there, but I won’t be using them again or recommending them.
I got a gate rebuild and the guys that did the repair was professional and did a great job.I'm giving three stars for the employees that came to do the repair. Otherwise, that Lee Carter (whatever his name)does not need to answer the phone or talk down on any employees to a customer when asking him a question. Anyway, they probably family all up in that office. Gloria thank you for being polite even though Lee called you a LIAR.
