I want to thank Tom for helping me out when my alarm battery died and it was a holiday weekend. He was extremely helpful and patient because I had no idea where the alarm was plugged in in my basement. I was concerned about leaving my house because I had set my alarm the night before and when I woke up the battery was dead. He assured me that opening the door would not set off the alarm. All Action Alarm was solid from start to finish. Pricing was totally reasonable and they were open to a custom design that actually fit what I needed instead of trying to upsell me. The install team… Tom and Keith were conscientious, professional, and took their time to get everything right. I’d definitely recommend them.
