My daughter had a horrific experience when they were taking her cast off. The sound and the look of the saw terrified her, No glasses or headphones to protect her or make it less noisy or explaining the process ( we’ve never done it before). I should have stopped that woman Right there (and I tried) when I noticed how scared my daughter looked but that person didn’t even care noticing anything. I don’t like their approach and never want to go back.
Front desk gal was very nice. They took x-rays but I wasn’t allowed or it didn’t cross his mind that I paid for those x rays and should at least get to know what was seen…I was referred so I’m assuming he saw something.. .Never was asked to do range of motion and he (Adam) had no interest in listening to anyone but himself.I heard him talking with another patient in the room next to mine and all I heard was him talking for 10 minutes straight about advil dose age..If you try to interject, he has that inconvenienced look like... read more
