Internet was down today, I was told that they were getting someone to repair it, but eta was 12:00. I was waiting for an hour and a half, and it was 10:30. They suggested going to Kapolei, but driving time would add an extra 40+min. So I decided to wait for them. I told them id go get something to eat while waiting and they said they'd call me when it was operational. I was seen recently for excruciating pain in my left hand... everyone from reception to xray and consult were so attentive, helpful and organized. Michelle at reception is so courteous and caring, Jenna and the xray tech are very professional and pleasant. Shaylee gave me a complete understanding of issues she had seen with my xray and made suggestions as to how she could help to alleviate the pain. I highly recommend this office. Wasn't my first visit and Im so glad they are there!!

Refused to let me see the dr because it wasn't due to trauma. Waste of time
Went in to check my hand and shoulder , they told me they can only check one of the two and asked to make a different appointment so they could check one by one in each appointment ,absolutely ridiculous 🤦♀️
