Second day in two or two weeks vacation, my daughter broke her ankle. Did not know that place like this that is urgent care for this specific type of emergency. PA Shaylee (sp?) was amazing and the rest of the staff. They really are kind and care. Had an exam, X-rays, and a boot and so reasonable. Highly recommended!
I had a very positive experience here yesterday. I had slipped in the rain and had suspected that I broke my toe and needed some support with walking. Urgent care sent me here. It was pretty busy when I got there and x rays were taken pretty quickly but I did have to wait quite a while for the doctor. However, I came with no appointment and it was busy so I expected to wait. All of the office staff was kind and professional. I’ve come here a few times for my son. They’ve always been quick, nice and helpful. Office is clean and parking wasn’t bad since we came a little after they opened.
Internet was down today, I was told that they were getting someone to repair it, but eta was 12:00. I was waiting for an hour and a half, and it was 10:30. They suggested going to Kapolei, but driving time would add an extra 40+min. So I decided to wait for them. I told them id go get something to eat while waiting and they said they'd call me when it was operational.
