I wish I could recommend a zero. My lift was purchased brand new february 2021. It has been in their shop since April 2021. We are at April 2022. Biggest mistake we ever made. When you call to talk to customer service, they will put you on hold for 20 minutes then hang up. We've had to reach out every week/couple weeks for months, to get our issues worked out.
