Joe and his team helped me with a driveway, steps to my patio, a deck and a sunken hot tub. It was a significant project and I overall am happy with the majority of work that was done. The concrete work out front is amazing and the deck is good. However its been a year and the job is not all complete. There is still lumber at my site that needs to be attached to the hot tub, and I have a concrete eyesore surrounding my new hot tub instead of the beautiful design I paid for. *UPDATE* Wall is crooked. Reached out several times to resolve. No follow up. Will never use again. Can't recommend. Overpriced.
Don't waste any time with this company. All Access and its owner, Joe is not reliable at all and he only provided excuses for months and he does not respect the client's time. After engaging his structural engineer with us, and having us pay for the initial fee, he cancelled the project last minute. I found these Google reviews as biased, and suggest you check out Yelp/ Houzz review where real clients have provided the feedback.
I had a sunken easement that was directing rainwater towards the base of my chimney. I asked Joe and his team to fix the easement so water would flow away instead of flooding my basement. They removed the old concrete and skillfully sculpted a new slope, using knowledge, experience and a digital level. Very good work. I will use them again!
