In calling to try to make an appointment, I found the receptionist, or whoever answered the phone, to be incredibly unprofessional. The answered the phone with “hello”, and that was it. Nothing to indicate I’d even called a business. I had a couple of questions, and I didn’t feel like the person who answered the phone wanted my business.
