I just wanted to say how appreciative of them I am. I was on one of their buses on Friday night and lost my phone. The office was closed on Saturday but my mom was able to reach someone via Facebook. They were very helpful and went and searched the bus and kept looking until they found it. They kept in constant contact with my mom. Their communication was great and their helpfulness in this situation was deeply.appreciated.
Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a party bus. The bus we initially got didn’t have AC, so we had to drive to the lot to switch buses. The second bus smelled like sewage as soon as we stepped on it. And the vent for the AC started to leak on some of the passengers. They had toilet paper stuffed in the vent to stop it from leaking. So they can’t say they didn’t know about the issues. I urge you to stay away from this company.
