My name is Isaac Merino, I have 3 kids that are my world. I was born and raised in Bastrop, Texas. I've been doing Hvac for over 11 years, I started from being a helper to doing installs and service. I got my universal EPA about 8 years ago, I got NATE certified in 2018, then I got my license in 2020. My goal is to bring people's trust back to the service industry.

EDIT TO UPDATE: unfortunately I have to revise my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Issac apparently only values customer service and satisfaction when he is getting paid, not when he is supposed to do the follow through of the 1 year of checkups included in the price of buying the unit. I have been trying to have him/his team out for a month now and he forgot to put me on the schedule once, and then had to cancel due to an issue with his kids.
