I got only because my friend and nail tech are there
Monica was my hair and nail person, but she is terribly incompetent. I had to text her multiple times the hair color I chose, before the hair appointment. She also originally claimed she could do all services, but that is a lie. Can't do acrylics. The final straw came when I made several advanced appointments for my nails and, when I came in for those appointments, she kept telling me she didn't have the appointment details right and couldn't/ wouldn't do the services I thought I was there for.
