I had a wonderful experience with the care I received throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey. My first provider was Midwife Lorna McCarthy. She is truly a kind and compassionate person. She was always attentive, took the time to answer all of my questions, and helped me better understand each stage of my pregnancy. I could not have asked for a better doctor. She guided me my whole pregnancy. Answered and re-answered my questions with patience and clarity. Eased my fears. Encouraged me. And delivered my strong baby into the world. The entire team are so polite, caring, and offer amazing friendly encouraging service every single appointment. You’re in good hands whether you see Dr Bethoney or CNM, Lorna. I can’t sing her praises enough.
I like my OBGYN Dr. Bethony and Nurse. But the receptionist is so rude, unkind, no respect. If someone English is not a first language, they need to be patient. They are not like to help people!! I’m always disappointed on the phone. It’s not a first time happening!
Dr. Bethoney, is brilliant and wonderful! She cares about her patients, will advocate for them and her entire team that works at the office is great! She delivered my IUGR baby girl at Metrowest, her and Dr. Urato kept a close eye on my baby and made the right call when it was time to get induced. Such a great team I can’t say enough about them!
