From start to finish the visit was a wreck. From having to pay for services covered by my insurance to the lack of communication from each of the 3-4 workers in different rooms and each time it was all about money! My insurance covers this type of care extremely well. Please take the reviews seriously. I thought my experience would be different but it was worse. Save yourself the heartache and choose a better clinic, one with better reviews.

Two BIG reasons NOT to go here = TIFFANY (Care Coordinator) & MARIE (Nurse Manager) Avoid this place. My pregnant wife and I, new to Texas, had an appointment scheduled—only to find out they canceled it without telling us. We spent over a week leading up to the appointment calling, getting the runaround from the front desk and dumped into Tiffany’s voicemail black hole. No callbacks. No accountability. I had a pregnancy appointment scheduled and called ahead to let the clinic know I had already confirmed my pregnancy with another provider. I was directed to leave a message with their Transfer Coordinator, Tiffany, which I did on Monday—four days before my appointment. I never received a response.
