This place disappoints me so much I been waiting for weeks now to get my anatomy scan they called to me cancel my appointment because the machine was down & I repeat that was 2 months ago I been calling every 2 weeks since then to get an appointment NOBODY CALLED ME BACK NOTHING ! On Top Of That The Number To The Office Is A Call Center Number !!!! I Absolutely Cannot Reach Nobody In The Actual Office I Go To. This Is The Worst Place I’ve Dealt With currently looking for another office !!!!!!
This location is absolutely horrible!! My wife is a high risk pregnancy and the doctor didn’t even see my wife. The nurse practitioner did not listen and prescribed a medication that doesn’t have anything to do with pregnancy. Also they lied to us about how much the visit would be and sent the medication to Walmart which we did want sent. This location need better staff that actually care about the people and not about the money!!!!
