I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I went to my appointment in August 2025, and I am just now receiving a bill nearly a year later. When I called about the bill, I was told that they do not accept my health insurance. The problem is that when I originally called to make the appointment in 2025, I specifically asked whether they accepted my insurance and was told yes. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience. This review is specifically about the older nurse practitioner I saw a few months ago. I cannot speak about the other providers at this practice. I went to All About Women because I’ve been struggling with PCOS, infertility, and only having a period about once a year. Phone calls are never answered . After calling like 15 times someone finally picked up and was pretty rude on the phone . The first time i came here the same issue happened to me where no one picked up. after i was able to get an appointment everything was running behind on their part. The people that helped me in person were nice people and i was understanding that they were behind because it happens and it’s not a huge deal to me . but the phone issue is absolutely unacceptable. Me encantó esta clínica tuve mi cita para el papanicolaou con la Doctora yeny valladares una excelente atención y sobre todo escucha cualquier duda o preocupación que tengas . El personal también es muy amable y atento y cualquier pregunta ellos te ayudarán sin dudar . Es una excelente clínica no duden en llamar para una cita con ellos .
