Dr. Carmona was simply amazing. She well educated my boyfriend and I when it came to our options after loss, made me confident in my decisions, and never left any question or doubt unanswered. I 100% would see her again, and hope to in the future.
This is, without a doubt, one of the most unhelpful and negligent medical offices I’ve ever encountered. The staff is consistently dismissive and unresponsive, especially when it comes to something as simple yet crucial as refilling prescriptions. Calls don't receive a call back, messages are ignored, and patients are left scrambling for their medication. The doctors themselves are no better.
