I have been a customer for several years and have always thought this place was a top-notch business. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The problem started when they offered me a vaping device (Swoope) for around $300.00. A lot of money, but it came with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE. I will never need to buy another device! I was told by staff at the Austin location there were no limitations on the guarantee and that I could literally slam the device on the ground and they would still honor the guarantee. Seriously? All about vapor rocks! Take your negativity elsewhere. Their vape juices taste amazing and so is the customer service! They will help you in any way they can. Great guys! Keep it up AAV! Make vapor not smoke!

This place is amazing, the service is amazing and the Employees are very helpful! I can't wait until the Austin location is open for business, until then it is SO worth the drive from South Austin to Round Rock. I will never again go anywhere but AAV! And the flavors they have are awesome. I really like the fact that they allow tasting before you decide!
The location is really inconvenient, and the wait is very long for the simplest question or purchase. The customer service turned me off the most. For the time, price, and rude owner/bad customer service, I would go elsewhere. This is Austin, TX, there is always a better, friendlier place to go.
