I ordered over a month ago. I reached out multiple times to get the status. The website is now shut down, so I can't even cancel the order. I had to dispute the charge through my CC, which will take 2-3 weeks to resolve. Most shops, even online, only offer pre-made juice sitting on the shelf for months, not made to order. I have managed to find alternate made to order sources. I truly wish it hadn't come to this. You've lost some loyal customers.
Ever since this company has moved to Arkansas and offered online orders this past year has been complete Crap it takes over a month to receive my order by then I’m out of liquid. There is no communication no tracking and no one to reach out to. My most recent order has now been over a month since I placed the order and now their website is shut down no way to communicate with anyone horrible horrible customer service and of course they took my money!
This was my go to Vapor place for YEARS. It's gone to seed...or somewhere. Ordered my usual juice 7 weeks ago. Tried to contact after TWO WEEKS. Got a response that my order was shipped and received. It certainly HAD NOT and STILL has not been received. I'm canceling my order and I'll never order from this business again. SUCH a disappointment.
Has anyone gotten their oil in the past month?
