Great Store This is one of my favorite stores. Every time I go I find something new and the staff is exceptional. The one girl ( I think the owner) always remembers my name. I don't know how she does it but I love the personal touch. I bought my vaccum here about 4 years ago and I can't recommend them enough.
Rotten, Bitter, Nasty, and Twisted Place Good: nothing to like at all. What i would like is to see this place close down. If i could rate something with negative 5 stars i would.. Disappointed FOOL - They suck!!! I took my Progressive Kenmore vacuum cleaner this business to have the electrical connection repaired between the hose and canister. Power would go in/out and it sparked. On my first visit, they told me they could repair it and that would be no problem. Instead, they cleaned it and claimed they repair it when I picked it up the next week. It cost me $102.80. Love it! I love my simplicity vacuum! Rachel told me I would love it and I do! After buying several vacuums that didn't hold up, it's nice to have a great reliable vacuum. I'm also really impressed with their service. I bring my vacuum in every year and they overhaul it. the store is clean and the people are really nice and actually talk to you. These guys are the best!
