They gave me an estimate, we scheduled the work but they never honored their plans to come care for my tree.They said they’d come on a certain day, then make excuses, cancel, reschedule, over and over, causing me to lose precious time waiting for them. Because they never bothered to keep their appointments, I’ll never know what their work is like. All I got was unfair treatment.
This company is the best! We had two trees that needed to come down, one a bit to close to the house for comfort, and the other that, being dead as a doornail, would have fallen on the propane tank. Actually, it was Bob who pointed out the danger to the tank; I hadn't even noticed. They came in on short notice and took down the two trees quickly and efficiently. Also spent some time pointing out what trees we have (I'm pretty clueless about trees but do enjoy them). Highly recommended!
