RecommendedQuality service, very knowledgeable owner.
Horrible service. Called two weeks ago to schedule a tree trimming was told they do their scheduling on the weekends and he would call me on Saturday. Never received that phone call. I get a call two weeks later saying that I am scheduled for Friday 9/21 between 11-1 which I accept. After taking the day off of work I am patiently waiting for service, and at 12pm on 9/21 I get a call saying we won't be making it because something "hurts" and he can get me schedule a week away! Jessee and the guys came out and trimmed 8 Sissoos and 21 mesquites and treated them for some nasty wood boring insects that have attacked. They also removed one mesquite that simply had to go after it got damaged last year during monsoon season. They did a fantastic job. Jessee answered all my questions and now I feel much more confident in caring for all of our 40 trees on the property. I don't hesitate recommending All About Trees for whatever tree needs you have.
It's ok for a bit of a primer. Personally I think it would be more informative if it went trough the process of taking a beautiful tree down, and instead of land fill,this is how we take it down with an eye twards using as much of the tree as possible. Take table tops-- how do you cut for a top like those shown, what does it take to slab the tree for, let's say a bar top. What about those hard to use crotches, that I as a turner drewl over. It's a thought I would like to pursue in the future.
