A lot of people ask why would someone use a travel agent in 2022? For me it's simple: Having a person vested in your travel arrangements you can contact if things go wrong. For example, years ago as I was sitting on a plane minutes from takeoff in Mexico to travel back to the US, Dee-Anne from All About Travel called to say that the connecting flight from PA to ME was just cancelled, and the next flight she could get us on was the following day.
