"BEWARE" HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Used my dad's personal information to stalk and harass!! Informed company and nothing done. Reported to BBB and it appears they have had another such incident the year before!! BEWARE! BEWARE!
Ms. L. Martinez's take This company needs to send their agents to a customer service course. Mgr. of commercial travel sales needs a crash course in customer service. It would appear this company needs to hold their agents accountable for ignoring their private information policy as mentioned in other review. Does not surprise me. Will be informing all my other associates as well.
