You can’t tell how good a company is when everything goes right. How they react when things go wrong makes it very clear. Mike and his team rebuilt my transmission a couple of months ago. It was my work truck so they did it quickly. I didn’t even get 100 miles on it before there was a problem. I took it back in and the issue wasn’t exactly clear. Took my truck in for a transmission fix only had been 2 months and started leaking oil You guys replaced my torque converter i am assuming you guys did since i paid $1,800 for a new torque converter to the looks of it you guys installed a bad torque converter that is leaking through the welds it took a couple of miles for the oil to start leaking. Had a new OEM transmission installed over the christmas holidays(minus the no work days) then drove vehicle home more than 2000 miles...works like new. paid for the new vs rebuilt because of the included 12month/12,000 mile warranty. This was a tough decision because the vehicle is 11 years old and in excellent condition...probably will keep using as a secondary car. Mike and his team communicated everything and did a great job.
