Stopped by Friday afternoon to see if this establishment could check and fill my transmission fluid. They were pretty busy and I was told to come in the next morning. Showed up the next morning, they were able to get my car in and check the transmission fluid and top it off. Can't explain how greatful I am for this establishment to work on my car with zero appointment ! Had a new OEM transmission installed over the christmas holidays(minus the no work days) then drove vehicle home more than 2000 miles...works like new. paid for the new vs rebuilt because of the included 12month/12,000 mile warranty. This was a tough decision because the vehicle is 11 years old and in excellent condition...probably will keep using as a secondary car. Mike and his team communicated everything and did a great job. Took my truck in for a transmission fix only had been 2 months and started leaking oil You guys replaced my torque converter i am assuming you guys did since i paid $1,800 for a new torque converter to the looks of it you guys installed a bad torque converter that is leaking through the welds it took a couple of miles for the oil to start leaking. So yes you guys caused the oil leak the truck was not leaking oil before you guys installed the “new” $1,800 torque converter. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND coming to this place they... read more

Very helpful. They scanned my codes within 10 minutes and found that it may be an electrical issue as opposed to a transmission issue. Potentially saving me about $2k. Nadira was very helpful and friendly. Needing repairs wouldn't be ideal, but I would love to work with them further if I did have a needed repair. To add context, the shop I previously had visited said I needed a whole new transmission, and then changed it to just a control module.
