I placed a Lionel trains pre-order through this store a few years ago... Unfortunately Lionel never sent the item I ordered into production. Once this fact became apparent, I've called "All About Toy Trains" about this item several times, only to get a run-around from the owner with each call. He is often rude on the phone and either tells me to call him back at his next convenience or to dispute the now-three-year-old-charge with my credit card company. Do not purchase here. Do not purchase from their Ebay page, toytrainexchangeinc. I ordered 8 Lionchief sets from their Ebay page September 30th (10 weeks ago at time of writing). The items did not ship on time and I reached out to find out why. At first, the promise every week was 'I'll ship it out next week'. This went on just long enough for it to fall out of Ebay's Moneyback protection of 30 days, and when I asked for a refund, it became "I'll send a refund soon". Rude and passively aggressive over the phone. Cannot spell basic words via email either. Thank goodness I read these reviews before proceeding to sell them my collection.
BUYER BEWARE!!! This is the WORST place to purchase anything from. Pre-ordered two Lionel items (which were charged against my account), 1 came broken, 1 never came. Emailed Rich numerous times, tells me he will get back to me and never does. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Unfortunately I had to leave 1 star to even post this review.
