Great customer service at the front desk and in the shop. I called in need of two tires immediately. Alex was able to help me immediately, with the tires I needed in stock. I arrived within 45 minutes of my phone call. I brought the tires to the rear of the shop where I was meet by friendly shop workers who removed the tires from my trunk and politely directed to the front desk. I wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing due to rude workers and poor customer service. I had an appointment for a tire installation and tire swap. Ahead of time, I added detailed notes to my booking and even called to let them know I would be dropping off an extra set of tires before returning with another set of tires on rims.
