Cannon was knowledgeable, professional and kind. He showed me how everything worked and helped program the remotes and the other equipment that needed programming.
A-1 Garage door tech, Cannan Booney, was fantastic! He not only fixed my garage doors after new cement had been installed that prevented the doors from closing but he also noticed that screws hadn't been tightened in the tracks during the installation of the garage doors 4 years ago! He checked and tightened each screw. Cannan also helped me reprogram my keypad. What a pleasant individual! I am so happy this company was recommended to me. I will share their name with other neighbors. I highly recommend this company!
Greg was great!!! He was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing!! Kelly was wonderful! She helped us get the garage door that we wanted and needed. We will use them again when our other door needs replacing!
Cannan and his partner came in and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. It took a bit longer, searching the garage floor and the motor, to find the proof. They had what was necessary to fix my problem and were done in about an hour.
