Smooth experience. Our technician (Cannan Bonney) was extremely communicative, and provided great detail in showing me what went wrong with my original spring. Cannan also walked me through a few estimates (options) so that I could make an informed decision on which garage door opener to get. When he returned to do the installation he showed me the detailed wear in my old rollers and why the 2-spring system will work better.
