Cannon was very professional and effecient. He was able to quickly troublshoot and provide a solution. I would recommend A1 to anyone needing assistance with their garage door issues.
2 car Garage door broken. Left 2 phone messages never received a call from this company. The line booking site is awful. You can’t continue unless you know what specific part of the garage door is broken. I did not know that information. Terrible customer service.clearly they do not need any business. Do not recommend.
Had an emergency where are 10’ manual garage door wouldn’t open. We luckily were able to get a tech to come out same day. Tech was awesome, very professional. We are hoping to get him out for a future project.

Meghan was very kind and helpful. Greg and JJ did an amazing job on the install. Lastly, we truly appreciate the military discount. We highly recommend A1.
