ARRIVED ON TIME, ADDED DOUBLE ROLLERS ON ALL DOORS. THEY MOVE NOW WITH A FINGER TOUCH. THEY ARE THE BEST.
Had to wait one and a half weeks for an appointment and repairman failed to show this morning. Two and a half hours later received a phone message that they were "running late". Unacceptable and unreliable.
I had problem slider(s) and the locking mechanism not working. They came up with a simple inexpensive solution and the doors work beautifully. Other handymen would just scratch their heads tried drilling and creating damage. I highly recommend All About Sliders.
Excellent. The called ahead to ask about arriving one hour ahead of the 10am appointment. This was fine with our schedule. Two men arrived, clean, neat appearing, and got right to the job. One set of a 3 door slider required great effort to open, the technician gave assurance that upon replacing of the rollers and cleaning opening would require only two fingers!! He was right on!!!
