My mother recently in an assisted living facility and I did not feel like she was getting the care she deserved for what she was paying. I contacted Jennifer Roney for guidance in finding a new facility. Within days she met my Mom at her current home on a Sunday afternoon, listened carefully to my concerns, and that evening emailed me two excellent facilities to consider. Jennifer was extremely helpful in finding the perfect place for my wife with dementia. I was at my wits end. Jennifer explained my options and gave me great contact information.
