Jennifer was absolutely fantastic and a life saver (nearly literally!) in helping us find care for a family member who encountered a serious cascade of medical issues. In a time of juggling many new things due to my father having a heart attack and an open heart surgery, Jennifer was the voice of calm. She went the extra mile in helping me to process what we needed, to connect me to wonderful care facility options and to check on me every step of the way. I hope I never find myself needing this type of service again though the reality is we all might at some point.
