Extremely disappointing experience at All About Seating. As a restaurant owner who has invested heavily in furniture, I understand both quality products and the importance of professional customer service. Unfortunately, I experienced neither here. The owner’s mother was rude and dismissive from the start. Without asking any questions about my needs, she pointed to a chair, stated it was $400, and then asked if I could even afford it. I used this company for my nightclub. The end result was 10/10. I had a time crunch for my remodel , this team got it done super quick and without cutting any corners. The end result was to perfection. I will definitely be using them again for my other projects. Don’t look any further, this business is honest and family owned, you can’t get better than that.
We have used All About Seating for our family business and were treated like family! We have 2 restaurants in Elmhurst ( yorkys). Our booths, tables , and chairs are sturdy and look brand new after many years. The owner is always responsive and timely. The finished product is better than imagined. Quality materials that will last for a very long time before any wear and tear. I highly recommend using this local business, you won’t regret it!
They did the furniture for our lunchroom, amazing banquets, and tables. Very happy with the quality and service.
