The owner helped me with some scooter repairs late on a Saturday evening when we popped in unannounced. He’s a really cool dude and he works hard.
Owner James verbally and physically assaulted me (Have video evidence). Also refuses to refund me nearly $1000 for an item I never received. Mr James, text me at odd times through the night harassing me and disrespecting me and Also have his friends harassing me asking me for more money. Very unprofessional and are criminals. Especially if you are a service member, he takes your money and will not give it back. I have my receipts and neither suggested no refunds. Everything is overpriced. The place is filthy. The owners girlfriend sleeps in the middle of the show floor. I think they both live there. The business hrs on the door does not reflect when they are actually open. The owner smokes inside building as he talks to you. The customer service is awful. I will never spend another penny with this business and I would highly advise you not to as well.
