I've been going to Mel/All About Saab Repair on and off for over 10 years. He's definitely helped me out a few times when I was in an absolute pinch and could not find what was causing an issue on my car while I was in the Springs area. Mel's pricing has always been fair for service items. Many moons ago my family purchased two Saabs from him, both were relatively trouble free! The experience was awful, I originally towed my car to the shop with a 200$ towing fee, a month and a half later I have not received any communication about my 9-5 prices, or labor rates, I've called every week. He's had 2 weeks of labor before me and 6 weeks of no other vehicle updates it's only after the second month he stopped answering my phone calls with my car still at his shop, bad business looking for lawsuits.

My check engine light came on on my 9-3 when I was vacationing in Colorado. I did not want to drive back to Texas without knowing what the problem was. Mel found a leak in the cold air intake which I was able to fix by myself with tape. He did not charge me anything and I have had no problems with it for the last four months.
