These people went above and beyond. They are knowledgeable, hardworking, friendly, and fair. I was impressed by how they worked with us in our difficult situation and made sure all parties were satisfied.
Fast response, good advice and help. Didn't try to sell me repairs and things I didn't need. I highly recommend this local shop for RV repairs of all kinds. No complaints!
Replaced ice maker valve on 2022 Winnebago. Damaged refrigerator, ice maker never tested after install, never worked. The refrigerator is now not working either. The back of the unit was badly damaged, the valve was not properly attached to the unit. I have called and texted for a refund of my pre-payment for parts and have not had the courtesy of a return call or text. Poor communication, scheduling, installation, and follow-up. I would not recommend All About RVs based upon my experience with them.
Very good people. Fixed some water lines in my RV in less than a week.
