25th Wedding Anniversary trip was a wreck! Ask for a beach setting and got a filthy back street in downtown Playa del Carmen. We set down at the beginning going over our must haves, wants and budget. We were told you can afford an all inclusive in Mexico. Instead we arrived to find a hotel that they keep referring to as a resort that gives you a complimentary breakfast. When I email Lara her reply was basically you got what you got because you signed the payment slip too bad.
Dan was the best! We didn’t have to worry about a thing. We told him what we wanted, our budget, and what we wanted to experience and he handled it all. Right down to transportation. It was a wonderful trip and I know we couldn’t have done it without him. Dan is the man! Thank you again! -Sean and Elizabeth
Dan helped us book our first trip to Jamaica. We didn’t even have an appointment and he was able to show us options and get us all set up! He was so helpful and available whenever we had questions. The resort he recommended us to go to was AMAZING. We loved Couples Swept Away and everything he told us about was spot on. Dan recommended us to do the Club Mobay services to get through customs quicker. That alone saved us over an hour to be able to get to our resort faster!
