Gabby and her team are amazing! From start to finish from when we listed our place to the first yearly renewal with them they have been fantastic. Very detailed inspections and good relations with tenants. They are very reasonably priced and they are a small team so they take much more care than larger corporate companies. Highly recommend (5 stars)
We leased a property with Gabby and Tania for three years and it was such a lovely experience. They were wonderful to work with, and very responsive throughout our tenancy. They made the entire experience easy and stress free, which was such a pleasant change from our former experience. Any time we had a maintenance request, it was handled very quickly.
