I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday. Rich Nappi called and actually offered to provide some minor assistance to prevent me from needing the call. When we determined that my problem was too complicated for self-repair, he came out within an hour. He fixed the problem in less than 2 hours and was able to help me out with the price.
