I called around 8:30pm the night before July 4 because my tenant’s garbage disposal was broken. The tech who answered the phone talked me through how to fix it, so I drove over to the property and was able to fix it on my own. Not only did it resolve the issue easily, he called me back later to make sure it had all gone well. They have a new loyal customer now!

Horrible experience. Overpriced, failed to meet his own deadlines multiple times. Took the money and ran.
