I have been twice now with my client! Beautiful vibe lovely reception staff and Tom is very good with my client and I enjoyed hanging out there cass🙌
I have been going to Tom's "Better Bones" weights class, twice a week for around 8 months now. He is the most exceptional facilitator and human being. He is so great at making all us women of all ages, feel welcome and safe. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about helping others. When he was on holidays Adam and Lachlan filled in. They were also amazing. Wonderful staff at this business (including the lovely receptionists).

Thomas is amazing. He takes away my pain completely, and the exercises he gives me to do at home really help! He is the best.
