FINAL EDIT - 45 days after my only experience with this clinic, I finally received a call from the practice manager, who apologized for my experience, admitted it was pretty awful and refunded the cost of the bloodwork and the blood collection fee, since the bloodwork did me no good, having not received the results in anything like a timely fashion (see below). Great experience at All About Pets! Dr. Caren Lee was super understanding with our two dogs and she did an excellent job keeping our dogs safe and calm. 100% recommend.
Dr Lee and her assistant Lisa are very caring, knowledgeable and understanding. I trust them very much.
Loved Dr. Lau although his clinic was simple and bedside manner was sometimes questionable. His care was fantastic! I made an appointment recently not realizing he had retired - no one called to let us know. I made an appointment for 9 am and they changed it without my knowledge or approval for 4 pm. Thankfully I read the confirmation text and caught the wrong time.
