Denied us a sale of a $4 frog cause she said they can’t live in the tank we have- even though we’ve had one living in our tank for 9 years. Said they care about the well being of all their pets, but the big tank in the middle had a bunch of dead floating fish, and all the others eating them.
Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff as well as a great selection of food and toys. My old ladies have always done well on a grain free diet, but my oldest gal has really bad arthritis and started having some digestive trouble recently. I walked in and they immediately helped me. Talking about different senior food options at different price points. I ended up getting a food that will serve all ages of my dogs. The staff here are the most friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking, and caring people you could ever dream to ask for. If they don't know something, they'll find out for you asap. If they don't have it in stock, they'll order it. The things they carry are good quality that they would give to thier own animals. I appreciate them so much and recommend them to everyone.
Thanks to Lupe's help with our questions about our fishtank we have a beautiful tank to sit and enjoy. All the staff is pleasant when we come in. We always have a great shopping experience.
We have two large dogs that eat about 40 lb a week ( almost $1000.00 per year) We always get our dog food here. The last bag we bought is making them vomit so today I tried to exchange it. I was told that without a receipt which they never gave me, they wouldn't take it back. (even though they have to recognize me since I always stop after work and I'm covered in paint) One would think the possible loss of exchanging a $40 bag of food would be worth keeping a customer who spends over $1000 a year.
My husband and I went in today and are BLOWN AWAY at the passion and knowledge of Lupe. She answered all of our questions and helped us incredibly regarding our dog. Gave us many choices and pro’s and con’s of all dietary options and harness/leash options. If you want to talk to someone who clearly loves what they do - ask for Lupe!
