I was referred here by my primary care doctor. I was not aware of a clinic this close to me which is good not traveling an hour. It is convenient for location and the wait time was extremely minimal ! I observed a fast , organized, and efficient office being run both my visits . It was the most least hectic non- stressful pain clinic I have ever seen especially with the wait time front and back of house . My Appointments were done within 30-35ish minutes. Sorry this seems to be the only way to get ahold of anybody. I need a prior authorization. I've emailed, called, texted only to be told they don't want to call and wait the 30 seconds to provide my diagnosis and that Michelle will do it within 72 hours... It's been 2 weeks now. Absolute neglect to purposefully cause someone further discomfort and distress. LINET has no hold time. They answer immediately. Love the staff and Doctor is patient, friendly and very understanding! Would recommend to everyone
The doctor is very kind as well as the rest of the office staff. Nyra was especially kind & super helpful. Overall, the office makes your visit a super easy experience & try to help as much as they can. Not disappointed one bit with the service received here.
