Tracy did my nails, I asked for stilettos, I got almonds because she “doesn’t like the pointy shape” of the stilettos. She didn’t even ask me before she cut the length she just cut them and called it good. I hate this set so much, I will never go back. I wanted long stilettos which I have gotten plenty of times from plenty of salons but Tracy seemed to have a problem with everything I wanted and just did what she wanted instead. Unfortunately I didnt have the best experience for my first time here. I recieved a gift certificate (spa pedicure) for my birthday and was excited to use it just before our vacation, and thrilled at the chance to visit a local business, as they usually pay more attention to detail and it's a better experience than a large commercial salon (usually I just use a location at a mall or something).
