Went in this morning to drop off a mower that wouldn’t start. Spoke to a young man on the counter who was fantastic he said let’s have a look at your problem He looked at the mower and said he would fix it while I waited to save me the trip back A couple of linkages and a new plug and I was on my way The price was so cheap and the service was the best I’ve ever had Thanks boys amazing
Took two chainsaws in for sharpening and a general service. Picked them up this afternoon and headed out to cut some wood, but unfortunately one of the chains snapped. Totally likely my fault, but I went back in to let them know and get it sorted. Told them straight up I wasn’t blaming them—I just needed it fixed. Without hesitation, they put a brand new chain on at a discount and refunded me for the previous sharpening, all on the spot. Can’t ask for better service than that. I've been working with Andrew and his team for a couple of years now They have been hands down the best dealer I have come across I started out servicing the whole great Ocean Rd And lived close to there shop I I've no concentrated my business to Apollo bay only now.
