I went from 6 months of lower back pain that affected everything from my sleep to my movement, to almost pain-free within 3 visits. Sam has an amazing way of tending to the body and I felt very comfortable and very grateful for the care and work he did with me to support my muscles and movement and to eliminate my pain.

Alex is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. She also offers dry needling as part of her treatments, which has been a game changer for me.
