I’ve been seeing Alex at All About Movement for several years now and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. If you’ve got any aches, pains or niggles, she is an absolute wizard! Whether it’s massage, adjustments or dry needling, Alex always seems to know exactly what’s needed, and I always walk out feeling amazing. On top of being brilliant at what she does, she’s also a great character, loves a chat and makes every appointment enjoyable. Highly recommend Alex and All About Movement!
