They arranged a delivery then didn't show. No call nothing. Now after calling them we have to wait over a week again as they say they only deliver once a week. Disgusted

Took a couple of clients here, staff were really helpful and answered any questions that were raised. Have always found this business to give you the personal touch.

Well, so far, little help. Product (bed) not delivered on time. (Mid Dec - Still not here). They want someone home literally all day to deliver & then set up rather than organising things slightly efficiently. (ie: deliver morning between 8 and 10, & then assemble between 3 and 5pm) Nope, they want us to stay there the whole day twiddling our thumbs because they can't organise something slightly more convenient to their customer, or at least have the assembly happen close to the delivery!? Wow! What amazing service. Amanda, Skye Tracy and the team are amazing. Best service in town. Always happy to help and go above and beyond to make life easy. Can not recommend them highly enough.
