I went in for a waxing appointment today, that I booked about a week ago. When we entered the treatment room the beautician discovered that the wax had been turned off and I was told that they weren't able to do my treatment. The beautician was apologetic and did call other salons to see if anyone else could help but given that it was 4.15, unsurprisingly no other salon had availability.
