I reached out to get a quote on a project (removing several tons of gravel in planters, replacing it with top soil and mulch, mulching some trees, and moving a drain/adding a pop up drain), they answered on the first call, showed up within a day to take a look, got me a quote the next morning, and did the job several days later.
