Don't go here we were going for a new patient appointment and we ended up leaving because our appointment was at 3 and we still hadn't been seen by the doctor for 45 mins!! We couldn't wait any longer with a toddler... Like if you couldn't see us at 3pm like the appointment was scheduled for then schedule us for a later time! Don't make your patients wait that long.. especially for a new patient appointment! The front desk was wonderful though and those ladies are so nice!
Kids been going since babies good place for my children to go to get the healthcare they need.
If i could give 0 stars i would. Office looks nice, very clean. We were like 4 minutes late for an appointment a few weeks ago (have newborn and a toddler with me, cut me some slack lol) and they told us if we were more than 5 minutes late they wouldnt see us. Ok fine. Then proceed to make us wait for 40 minutes to be seen. Tried to be understanding, ok maybe you are busy despite there being only 1 other car in the parking lot. I can't express enough about the love I have for this office. Every single person who works here are the those most caring loving people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Not only do they make all five of my kids feel safe loved and important but they are like family I feel so blessed. You know that they dedicated their life to this career for the right reasons and it shows in every way. I've never had a problem with staff or scheduling same day appointments for my son. For the couple bad reviews out there about being late... lol don't be late dummies. Oh and if they do a strep test and comes back positive, most likely strep. 🙄 you could've stayed at home and self diagnosed instead of blaming professionals for your disagreements. Lol Thanks All About Kids, yall great!
